Newly constructed contemporary first floor two bedroom apartment with stunning views from the balcony, nestled below Dryslwyn Castle.
Situated in the wonderful country setting of the Towy River Valley, famous for it's Salmon & Sea Trout fishing and shadowed by Paxton's Tower, a local Folly.
The apartment sleeps up to 5 people, the 5th bed is a pull-out small single suitable for a child from 3 to 12 years old.
We are now off-grid, we supply our own water through rain water collection and electricity via our solar array. So no power cuts for us and our guests this winter!
The property is suitable for travelling business persons, couples, families, cyclists, fisherman, hikers and those on a pilgrimage to Skanda Vale Temples. It has private off road parking with CCTV.
There is a wood chipped play area, with a slide, seesaw, double swing, trampoline and large gravelled area to play.
It is not suitable for disabled due to the stairs to the first floor level.
The property has an EV (Electric Vehicle) charging point with Type 1 & 2 adaptors, guests are welcome to use this facility for a fee.
We are open all year round, we have a minimum night stay from 1 - 2 nights depending on the time of season.
