Any bookings made with a stay of 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned and a change of bedding and towels on day 8 of the stay.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

For bookings made 31 days or more prior to check-in, an Initial Deposit of 50% is required to reserve the booking dates. The Initial Deposit would need to be paid within 48 hours of the confirmation email being sent, after 48 hours the dates will no longer be held aside for you. The Balance Payment of 50% will be due 30 days prior to check-in. If the balance payment is not received the booking will be considered cancelled and the refund policy will apply. Bookings made with less than 30 days prior to check-in, full payment will be required, if not paid within 48 hours of confirmation email being sent the dates will no longer be set aside for you. All payments to be made by bank transfer.
Cooling off period: Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after booking confirmed, providing the stay is at least 14 days away.
After the cooling off period, if booking needs to be cancelled or amended we will endeavour to accommodate a change of dates (depending on availability) to a more suitable time for you. If this is not possible, then any booking cancelled 14 days or more prior to check-in date, 100% of amount paid to date will be refunded. If cancelled 14 days or less prior to check-in, no amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations due to travel & health restrictions related to Coronavirus:
Should a booking need to be cancelled due to area lockdowns imposed by the Government, we will give a full refund less any administration charges where applicable.
