Rental Rates
Prices are based on a full occupancy of 5 people, please contact us for discounted rates if your booking enquiry is for less than 5 people. We also offer further discount for 2, 3 & 7 night stays.
Prices include electricity, water, bed linen, bathroom towels, kitchen linen, parking & Wi-Fi.
Any bookings made with a stay of 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned and a change of bedding and towels on day 8 of the stay.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Payments:
The initial deposit would need to be paid within 5 days of the deposit email being sent, after 5 days the dates will no longer be held aside for you. The balance payment of 50% will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date. If the balance payment is not received within, 48 hours of the 50% final payment email being sent, the booking will be considered cancelled and the refund policy will apply. Bookings made with less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, full payment will be required, if not paid within 48 hours of confirmation email being sent the dates will no longer be set aside for you.
Cancellations:
Cooling-off period: Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after booking, provided the stay is at least 14 days away.
After the cooling off period, if the booking needs to be cancelled or amended we will endeavour to accommodate a change of dates (depending on availability) to a more suitable time for you. If this is not possible then any booking cancelled 14 days or more prior to check-in date, 100% of amount paid to date will be refunded, less any administration charges where applicable. If cancelled with less than 14 days from check-in date, 50% of amount paid will be refunded.
