Gerycastell - Contemporary Apartment Details

The apartment is of a modern interior design with a spacious open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area.

It has two large bedrooms: 

The master bedroom has a King sized bed and 50" HD TV with Netflix services.

In the twin room, the two full sized single beds can be zipped together to make a Super King sized bed more suitable for couples with a 32" Flat screen TV.

The twin room also has a pull-out small sized single bed only suitable for children from 3 to 12 years old.

The bathroom has a full sized bath with an overhead shower, basin, toilet, heated towel radiator & wall mirror with a built-in light & demister.  We provide shampoo, conditioner & shower gel.

The kitchen has a fan assisted electric oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee grinder, cafetiere, hand food blender, everything you could need to cook a full meal.  We provide cooking oils, salt, pepper, vinegar, spices, stock cubes, cornflour, kitchen roll, tea towels, washing up liquid, scourers, dish cloths and cleaning products.

For families, we have available upon request, a stair gate, high chair, kids toilet seat & potty.  We also have a selection of board games stored in the TV cabinet and a selection of toys/books stored in each of the seat boxes in the bedrooms.

The lounge has a 55" HD LED SMART TV.

There is off road parking on the gravel drive for up to two cars.  There is also an outside wood chipped play area for the children with two swings, slide, see-saw and trampoline.

The property has been built to be off-grid, therefore we have 24 solar panels and a sewage plant system, hence the lack of a dishwasher and a few other electrical consuming products!

We also have a Zappi Charger, an EV (Electric Vehicle) recharging point with both type 1 & 2 adaptors, so we welcome EV guests.  There is a charge for using the charger, currently 35p per kilo watt hour.  Payment in cash before departure.

Free-WiFi.  We have installed a Satellite internet connection because we are in a remote area with poor broadband services, with this we now have 30 Mbs download speed, with a Wi-Fi router in the apartment.

All bedding and towels are provided.  All linen is 250 thread count Egyptian cotton.  Pillows available are: Micro fibre, feather or memory foam.

Heating and water are included.

The property has heat & smoke detectors positioned in all key areas.  The kitchen also has a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and First Aid Kit.
